Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy
User materials, generated code and content, licenses, branding, and rights-related reports.
1. Rights in your materials
You must have the rights or permissions needed to submit materials and instruct the service to use them. This includes text, code, images, recordings, designs, trademarks, databases, and confidential information. Uploading a file does not establish that you own it.
This supplement does not replace the ownership and license provisions in the Terms of Service. It does not expand rights to third-party content or grant Zexiry rights it does not hold. Provider and component licenses can apply to particular outputs or downloads.
2. Generated outputs
AI outputs can resemble existing works or contain protected elements. They may not be unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free of third-party claims. Review content and obtain appropriate clearance for the use you intend, especially for a public app, marketing campaign, or commercial distribution.
Multiple users can receive similar outputs. An assistant’s statement that content is original is not a legal determination. Do not ask the product to disguise infringement or remove identifying notices from a work you are not authorized to modify.
3. Code and dependencies
Generated apps can contain code patterns, libraries, fonts, images, or external resources with separate licenses. Keep applicable copyright notices and comply with attribution, source-distribution, and other license obligations. Inspect dependencies rather than assuming a generated package list is accurate.
Model weights, tokenizers, training code, and runtimes also have their own licenses. Refer to the specific distribution’s authoritative license. Free access or a paid subscription does not override restrictions on a third-party component.
4. Names, trademarks, and domains
Do not use Zexiry, Zexir, Zevol, Zeneral, Zera, or another party’s marks to imply sponsorship or official affiliation without permission. Descriptive references should be accurate. Do not register confusing domains or use generated logos to impersonate an organization.
The purchase of a domain does not establish trademark rights. Domain disputes can involve the registrar, registry, rights holder, and applicable dispute procedures. Check names and branding before publishing a project.
5. Submitting a rights report
Send a rights concern to mail@zexiry.com. Identify the work or right involved, explain your authority to report, provide the exact location or safe identifier of the material, describe the alleged violation, and provide a contact method. If a particular statutory notice process applies, include the information it requires.
Provide enough detail to distinguish the material from a general complaint. Do not send account passwords, full identity documents, private keys, or unrelated confidential records. Misleading or abusive reports can harm others and may have legal consequences.
6. Review and proportionate action
We may request clarification, review the material available to us, restrict access to content under our control, notify an affected account where appropriate, or take other proportionate action consistent with law and our policies. A report does not automatically establish infringement.
We may be unable to retrieve an unsaved private conversation or remove an independently hosted copy. For content published on a separate hosting or social platform, contact that platform as well. If urgent legal relief is needed, use appropriate legal channels.
7. Responding to an action
If you believe content was restricted in error, contact support with the notice or safe content identifier, your explanation, and evidence of rights or permission. We may need additional information before restoring access. Mandatory legal procedures and valid orders take priority.
There is no promise of a particular resolution or deadline. This policy does not designate a statutory agent, establish a new dispute forum, or replace formal notice requirements that apply under local law.
8. Repeated misuse and preservation
Repeated rights violations, evasion of restrictions, or fraudulent reports can lead to limits or suspension under the Terms and Acceptable Use policies. Retaining a safe record of a dispute may be necessary for investigation or legal obligations under the Privacy Policy.
Keep your own license records, permissions, and source notices for apps and materials you publish. Contact mail@zexiry.com if you need clarification about a product-specific license or a rights report.
