Deployments, Domains & Receipts Policy
How Zevol publishes apps, obtains domain quotes, requests purchase approval, records receipts, and handles external service results.
1. Separate services and costs
Zevol can submit supported app files to a configured hosting service and request a domain registration from a configured registrar. Hosting and domain registration are different services. A Zexir subscription does not automatically include external hosting, premium domains, renewal fees, registrar balances, or services not expressly included in your order.
Vercel and Namecheap are supported connections in the current release flow. Availability depends on valid credentials, provider access, account eligibility, and the app’s supported format. Their terms govern their services. Provider names are descriptions of integrations, not a guarantee that every account or domain can be used.
2. What deployment approval means
Approving deployment authorizes Zevol to send the supported source files to the configured hosting account and create the release shown in the flow. Public deployment can expose the app’s code, content, assets, and any secrets mistakenly included in frontend files. Review the app before approval.
The hosting provider’s status determines whether a deployment is queued, building, ready, or failed. Submission alone is not proof that the public site is ready. A generated app may need unsupported server features or further configuration; hosting does not convert placeholder functionality into a working backend.
3. Domain availability and quotes
A domain availability check is a point-in-time result. It does not reserve the name. Another party can register it before checkout, and the registrar may change the price or reject registration. Zevol rechecks relevant availability and price before submitting a supported purchase.
Review the exact domain spelling, currency, total, registration duration, premium pricing, and any separately displayed fees. A registration quote is not a renewal quote. Current quotes expire; obtain a new one when the flow requires it. Do not choose a domain that infringes another party’s rights or misleadingly implies affiliation.
5. Registrant information
Provide accurate registration details for a person or organization you are authorized to represent. Required contact data is transmitted to the registrar for domain registration. Registry, registrar, verification, and legally required disclosure practices can differ from the data practices of Zexir.
Domain privacy services, if supported, do not make the registrant anonymous to the registrar or override applicable disclosure obligations. Keep registration email access and contact information current. Incorrect data or missed verification can interrupt or jeopardize a registration.
6. Uncertain results and duplicate prevention
A timeout, browser crash, or failed deployment does not necessarily mean a domain purchase failed. Zevol records uncertain purchase states so a second charge is not intentionally submitted through the normal retry flow. Check the registrar’s order records and contact support before another purchase attempt.
A successful domain registration and a failed hosting deployment are separate outcomes. The domain can remain registered and charged even if the website has not been published. Never assume an error message reverses a registration. Keep order and transaction identifiers for reconciliation.
7. Receipts and records
Confirmed registration records appear in Zevol Settings under Receipts where supported. The record can include the domain, charged amount, currency, registrar identifiers, and registration time. An order preview is not a paid receipt, and a receipt is not proof that DNS or hosting is ready.
The registrar or payment provider remains the authoritative source for its transaction, invoice, and account balance. Report conflicting records with safe order identifiers. Copies retained for billing, disputes, or legal obligations follow the applicable Privacy and Billing policies; visual crumpling or closing a receipt is not erasure.
8. DNS, verification, and release timing
A registered domain needs correct DNS and hosting association before visitors can reach the intended app. Domain attachment may require ownership verification or changes in the registrar account. DNS propagation and certificate issuance are controlled by external infrastructure and can take time.
Do not overwrite existing DNS without understanding the services it supports, including email and existing websites. A failed attachment does not cancel domain ownership. Follow provider instructions or contact support if the release needs manual verification.
9. Renewals, cancellation, and refunds
A domain registration has a term and can expire. Review renewal prices, auto-renew settings, notices, transfer restrictions, and recovery fees in the registrar account. Closing Zexir or deleting a Zevol project does not automatically cancel a registrar or hosting account or its recurring charges.
Refund eligibility depends on the service, transaction, provider agreement, and applicable mandatory rights. Contact the registrar for registration cancellation and refund rules and the host for hosting charges. Zexir’s Billing Policy covers Zexir subscriptions. See ICANN’s registrant guidance for general information about domain rights and expiration.
Zexir.site hosting and project settings
Site and Deploy require an account owner to choose an available path such as zexir.site/my-project before creating the app or repository. The address is fixed after creation. Creating a repository and saving source code keep it private; neither action publishes the website or approves a domain purchase. Paths must be available, use supported characters, and avoid reserved service addresses. A path on Zexir.site is not ownership of a domain name, and cannot be transferred as a domain registration.
Turning on the Website control requests publication of a completed app using the price displayed in project settings. Eligible active Zexir plans include a shared website allowance: Lite includes 1 site, Go 2, Plus 3, Super 5, Pro 10, and Ultra 15. The AI builder and Deploy portal use the same allowance. Additional websites cost $3 per website per month. Draft repositories do not use an included hosting slot. Published sites receive included slots in publication order. A plan downgrade or expiry can suspend sites beyond the current allowance unless separate paid hosting remains active; it does not automatically authorize a new charge or delete stored source. For a separately billed website, complete the hosting checkout before publication. Registering a custom domain has its own quote, contact details, terms and exact purchase approval; toggling Website does not approve that purchase. An AI suggestion, a past conversation or saved personal knowledge cannot authorize charges.
The published version is a snapshot of supported app files. Editing a private preview does not guarantee an immediate update of the public website. Review the resulting website and explicitly publish the version you want visitors to see. Supported static files do not provide arbitrary backend servers, databases, account systems, payment processing or secret storage. Do not place API keys, passwords or confidential data in browser-delivered code.
Turning Website off unpublishes the website. It preserves the project and does not cancel a separate hosting subscription or a registrar order. Manage hosting renewal and payment in Zevol Settings. Access also depends on an active hosting entitlement. Expired or unpaid hosting may interrupt public access. Keep an exported backup of important source files and do not depend on a generated website as the sole copy of your work.
An app or repository address cannot be edited after creation. Create another project to use a different available address. Saved source versions are private and limited to the ten most recent saves in Deploy. Export source ZIP backups for longer retention. Availability checks do not reserve third-party domain names. Deleting a chat does not delete the app files or cancel publication. Project deletion and account deletion have broader effects described in the account, billing and privacy policies.
Service restrictions, security incidents or rights complaints may require a website to be limited or removed under our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Contact mail@zexiry.com with the project identifier and public address for a hosting issue. These descriptions do not replace mandatory consumer rights or third-party provider terms.
10. Release disputes and support
Contact mail@zexiry.com for a Zevol release issue with the app identifier, domain, approximate time, safe order identifier, and expected result. Remove API tokens, full payment details, identity documents, and unrelated personal information.
We can investigate the Zevol record and help identify the relevant provider. We cannot guarantee reversal of a completed registration, recovery of an expired name, transfer approval, or a provider’s processing time. This policy does not reduce rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
