Cookies & Device Storage Policy
Essential sign-in storage, drafts, preferences, cached account information, and browser controls.
1. Storage used by the workspace
Zexir and related web experiences use cookies and browser storage to support sign-in, preferences, draft recovery, and workspace state. This supplement describes product storage behavior alongside the Privacy Policy. It is not a statement that every third-party website reached from our products uses the same storage.
Essential storage can be needed for an account session or a feature you request. Other storage may hold theme, sidebar state, model selection, saved routing preferences, or a draft associated with a chat. The exact keys can change as the product evolves.
2. Authentication and session state
Authentication cookies and other supported session credentials allow the server to identify an authenticated request without asking for a password each time. Their lifetime and protections depend on the supported sign-in flow and current security configuration.
An unlocked signed-in browser can expose your account. Sign out on shared devices and secure your operating-system account. Clearing browser data can sign you out, remove remembered accounts, or interrupt recovery of an in-progress task.
3. Draft recovery and preferences
The composer can retain an unfinished draft for its relevant chat or new-chat state so it can be restored after a reload or crash. Local draft recovery is not a backup guarantee and does not mean a message was sent. Review the restored chat and text before sending.
Do not rely on browser storage as the only copy of important work. Storage can be cleared by the browser, device policy, private browsing, space pressure, or your own actions. Preferences and recovery behavior can differ by device and account.
4. Cached account displays
The interface may cache small account, plan, or workspace snapshots to display information quickly while checking fresh server state. A cached label is not authoritative permission to a paid feature and is not proof that a billing change has completed.
The server’s access checks and provider records govern actual entitlement and transactions. Report stale plan labels or another account’s information immediately. On a shared device, sign out and clear locally retained information when appropriate.
5. Private mode and device traces
Private mode controls saved Zexir conversation history; it is not the same as your browser’s private-browsing mode. It does not hide your screen, prevent network processing, erase downloads, or remove content you separately saved to a Library or external app.
Device storage and operational records needed for supported features can still exist. Review the Privacy Policy for live inference and retention. Use a trusted device and do not assume that activating a Private indicator removes every trace of activity from the computer.
6. Your browser controls
Browser settings can block cookies, limit storage, clear site data, revoke permissions, and control private browsing. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, draft recovery, or preference persistence. Changes apply to the browser or profile where you make them.
Third-party sign-in and connected services have their own cookies and controls. Manage those services directly if you want to remove their stored sessions or revoke access. Removing Zexir site data does not delete your cloud account or cancel an external subscription.
7. Questions and policy changes
For questions about storage or a privacy request, contact mail@zexiry.com. Describe the feature and device context without sending cookies, access tokens, or passwords. We may ask for safe identifiers to locate the relevant record.
Material changes to data practices should be communicated as required by applicable law. This supplement does not authorize undisclosed repurposing of personal information or retroactively expand permissions you granted. The Privacy Policy and non-waivable rights continue to apply.
